Generous work from home policy. Frequent company social events. Senior management is accessible and willing to entertain well thought out ideas. Very little bureaucracy. Paid training and conferences. Performance based bonus program.

      Minpunten

      Peak season can mean a lot of concurrent projects. Offices in NYC and Ireland so must be comfortable with remote-first collaborative work style.
