As a graduate, entering the world of work and applying for jobs is daunting. I was so nervous to tackle the interview process and take my future career pathway, but Circle made this process plain sailing and enjoyable for me. From the interview process to joining the company the experience was seamless and I was so excited to join the sales team. My experience with the company ever since has been amazing. I have truly learnt so much in my time at Circle so far and feel like I am continuously growing and improving in my role, with my responsibilities increasing regularly. The constant communication and assurance Circle provide is none other than brilliant. They provide many employee benefits which makes working for them even more spectacular. There is a strong sense of community amongst the business, which provides a great company atmosphere, as I am constantly able to connect with my colleagues. Even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty it has brought, Circle has handled it immaculately and ensured that employees remained connected with different activities to get involved in and regular team meetings. I feel within Circle there is room for personal progression, which is always an important factor to consider when starting any job role. Overall, Circle is a fantastic place to work and I would recommend it to anybody looking to join.

Circle is a great place to work. I have been set a clear career progression path and SLT is very supportive of and dedicated to enhancing staff knowledge and skillset, and are always happy to provide any further training. I feel that communication between managers and staff is open and honest which leads to a culture in which improvements are always being made. The benefits are great - who can complain about free tea, coffee & breakfast!? There is also a pool table, and table tennis for use in the canteen. Circle have been fantastic during the Covid-19 crisis and have absolutely put the Health & Safety of all its staff (and customers) as its #1 priority.

Sometimes there can be a bit of a fight for parking, but that is generally only when you are working a later shift, as spots seems to fill up between 8am and 9am. Sometimes communication between departments could be improved, but that is pretty standard across most businesses and is something that is always being worked on.
