Pluspunten

Family friendly, flexible schedules, opportunities for telework when needed. Also some great personalities among the staff -- a very pleasant place to work. Nice location convenient to Metro's new Silver Line (Greensboro station).

Minpunten

Over-reliance on one or two key large, long-term contracts. Frequent layoffs lately as contracts end with no new work to take their place. Fairly top-heavy, and the current environment/atmosphere is definitely one of downsizing and belt-tightening. Very little support for professional development. A company that has reacted/adapted poorly to shifts in government contracting, and is now playing catch-up.

Great owner, friendly coworkers, positive environment. The pay has great potential, but it's based off of commissions, and you have to make at least 3 sales a week to pay for your own paycheck. (And believe me, being a DirecTV salesperson at a Walmart booth hardly generates more than 3 sales a week)

Minpunten

Very stressful, very time consuming. As I mentioned before, this job "can" be very profitable, but if you aren't willing to put your life into the job, you're only going to make 10 bucks an hour.
