      - For a young company, there is a strong focus on building a culture in a purposeful way - Things are quickly iterating as we design our product offering so there is plenty of room for input across the company - The company has a small, but very skilled, group of domain experts leading each arm of the company who are great to learn from - The company takes a position of being transparent and open about the direction and decisions and gives comprehensive updates at least weekly

      - Because of the focus on growth, there is a lot of experimentation going on and this can lead to quick shifts in priorities - Potential con, start up's are a lot of work
