1. 8:30 hours of work. 2. Informal dress code. 3. Very skilled people around as it's a small company. Some people who are now senior managers have done their time as developers and learned a good amount of technology. You can't fool around with them. 4. Good exposure to healthcare domain. 5. You will get to work on latest skills. 6. Visibility to CEO and higher management is high if you are working well. 7. Good pay.

Minpunten

1. Recently they are hiring to inflate bench. No projects. Several people are sitting on bench. 2. Tough client interviews. Company interview is easier than client interview. Fail the client interview and you will not get the project. People are not getting projects due to this problem. Bench life prevails. If you get bench when you begin your career, you may take up to 3 months to get projects. 3. You need to know bucket load of skills to get selected for a project. No learning on the job concept. 4. Projects are short and scarce. 5. Direct visibility to very high-level management including the CEO. This could be a pro too if you are lucky. 6. Management is made up of very early employees who are kinda bigshots. They can make or break your life in the company. HR managers are mostly new so they do not hold too much power over these managers. If you are stuck with a bad manager you are helpless. 7. Salary has retention pay component which should be paid if you leave the company before 24 months. Payment equals the product of the retention pay amount and the number of months spent in the company. This is similar to variable pay I think. 8. No gym / ample extracurricular outlets. 9. Insufficiently good canteen food. 10. No onsite opportunities.

Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
