Quick turn around if any employee has an issue Flexible work timings - come anytime be in office till you finish your task and go home - no questions asked - love it No micro management, will let you be creative, do something different Never disapproves leaves, incl, i manage team of 10-15 resources - message from top management is always approve leaves, irrespective of how much strict deadline you have, cuz if employee is taking leave during tough times - he may have something more important
