The best reasons? Well, let's see. In every branch I've worked in, all my co-workers have been extremely friendly and helpful, not only to their fellow colleagues, but to the community at large. Also, I find that when I need the occasional vacation day, it is usually never a problem. Although there is some competition, there is still a strong team atmosphere within each branch.

There are some downsides. If you'd like to get promoted within the company, it depends on who your manager is, and if that person is willing to support you in your efforts. I have found that some managers, not all, would rather keep someone in a position they may have outgrown but still do well in, than to challenge the individual with a more complex role within the branch.
