I have never started a new job and felt as welcome and comfortable as I have at Clare-Matrix. Within the first week, I knew that this is where I belong. The onboarding started with an introduction from the CEO and I was so shocked because I have never met the CEO of any previous organization I have worked with.

Parking is nearly impossible if you don't have an assigned spot, but I was able to park on an unmetered street and set my phone alarm to move my car every two hours. It forced me to go outside and take a break so I'm not really sure if this is a con lol
