There are many employees going above and beyond, which makes the company worthwhile to stay and in a part of an organization. Recent move from the IT side to modernize technology is exciting and much needed change for the company.

Some coworkers exhibit behaviors that can create a challenging or negative work environment, occasionally targeting individuals or even the team as a whole. I hope upper management can address this by guiding these employees toward more professional and collaborative conduct.
