*Genuinely great and friendly employees: every single person that I met at Clark Testing was welcoming and helpful. Employees will go out of their lanes to assist others if the need arises. *Lack of bureaucracy: quality results are the end-goal and employees are trusted to achieve them *Opportunities to directly impact business successes: because of the number of employees and the growing customer base there is opportunity at Clark to directly impact the success and direction of the company that isn't available in most environments. *Diverse business: Clark Testing contains several different departments which perform different types of testing for different types of customers. This provides a chance to learn about other areas of business and other industries. *Excellent learning environment: my management was extremely supportive of teaching the job and stepping-in when necessary. *Future focused: the company keeps on the pulse of its targeted industries and regularly adjusts how it does business to stay relevant and compete.

*The flip-side of my first point in Pros is that you may be asked to quickly readjust plans or step outside of your assigned role. This may be considered a con by some depending on your interests/goals. *Due to various factors (customer business cycles, specialized facilities, hiring lead times, etc.) the standard fluctuations that every business experiences can hit Clark Testing a little harder. This applies across each department individually. *The company is growing/updating each year, but some legacy items remain
