As with any company going through a lot of growth, it is easy to get lost in the mix on lots of things so it's important to remain flexible with an open mind. There can also be odd hours due to varying time zones around the world. It's got a small company feel still so sometimes you may be asked to contribute to initiatives outside of your role, which has both its pros and cons.

Individual and team work is always recognized and celebrated, and our US team gets together monthly to do fun activities like whitewater rafting. In addition, it's a highly collaborative work environment. New ideas are encouraged, so you really have the opportunity to make a difference. The leadership team are great and make sure that everything is transparent across the organization.

Since Clausematch is a scale-up company, individuals will only thrive if they are self-starters and very proactive. At times, you may get asked to do tasks that are outside of your job description (although this can be a positive for development).
