Pluspunten

A ton of overtime but it's not up to you whether you want it, it's mandatory. There is no work/life balance. Management treats you like they own you for 14 hours a day. (That's all the DOT allows you to work)

Minpunten

Working with the lowest of the low human beings. People with serious past crimes against kids are treated as favorites by management. Favoritism is rampant throughout the transportation department. I plan to write a book on all of the grievances that me and my coworkers have to deal with every day.

What a great environment, on a great mission, and business is growing. We’re in the midst of a lot of positive change so it’s exciting and everyone feels like they’re on a mission.

Minpunten

There’s a lot of reliance on contractors right now so it’s hard to get in as a full-time employee.
