CEO always wants each and every employee to be Happy.. :-) 3. Open & Transparent culture. 4. Growing company

The can-do attitude and camaraderie of the team keep everyone going. The flexibility and work-life balance are phenomenal. Yes you work hard and often odd hours but you can do it on your terms. Lots of respect and empowerment from upper management.

It has been a challenging year for sales and the bottom line but things are really looking up for 2016.
