I'm writing to express my disappointment with the leadership in our organization. Unfortunately, I’ve found the current leadership to be quite egotistical and lacking in essential communication skills.
There seems to be an unreasonable expectation placed on team members without any constructive feedback. It’s as if we’re expected to read minds and deliver perfect results without any guidance. This creates a frustrating environment where it feels like success is not attainable.
Additionally, my direct leader is very young and lacks the experience necessary for making informed decisions. There’s a noticeable gap in judgment, and I often find myself questioning the directions being given. It’s alarming how this lack of experience can lead to decisions that impact our team negatively.
Trust is critical in any workplace, but I find it difficult to trust him. I have seen instances where he would throw team members under the bus to save himself, which is incredibly disheartening. The overall atmosphere feels toxic, and it’s affecting both morale and productivity.
I hope that changes are made soon, as the current environment is not conducive to growth or success.
