Pluspunten

- remote -health benefits -paid time off

Minpunten

-Horrible BDR Managers who you cannot trust. The managers do no work and get paid to stay home and take care of their kids. If they do not like you WATCH OUT because they will set you up and gossip about you. Ever since the company got acquired by a private equity firm it has changed. The people are fake nice and will turn on you in a second. - No diversity as they hardly hire African Americans because the BDR managers tend to hire people who are the same race as them.

Pluspunten

Strong comp structure Invest in tools to help you succeed Strong leadership Good tenure among leadership

Minpunten

Difficult market to sell. Lots of noise and client surveys are so valuable but there is a lot of bias against them. But company does a lot to overcome this.

Pluspunten

- Deductible reimbursement - Unlimited PTO - Strong sense of camaraderie between fellow employees to combat leadership pitfalls. - Honestly if you just want to keep your head down, do the work, hate confrontation, and will comply with whatever you're told to do without questions or concerns, this would be a good fit.

Minpunten

- Every single member of leadership, including VPs, have been at the company for less than 2 years. They have expressed little interest in learning from tenured employees. This has lead to frustration and extremely high turnover. -Leadership have little to no understanding of the product. Even though they often rely on lower level employees for constant guidance, they are quick to criticize those same employees for performance issues in areas they themselves didn’t seem to understand. -A common attitude across leaders of departments could be summed up as, “That’s not my job,” which created a fairly uncooperative environment. - Words like "emotional" and "desperate" have been used to describe female employees in meetings (with an audience) when they've asked for help. Exclusionary mentality has replaced a company that was once dedicated to DE&I initiatives. -There is no HR department. Any potential criticism you make or concern you voice puts you at risk. - Half of the positive reviews feel AI generated (check out the em dashes)
