Grew employee base too quickly too fast. Processes and systems still being created and taking the fun out of the environment. Environment changed from hard working, fun and lighthearted to stressful and uncertain. Need to find a way to balance the needs of the new, larger company and the fun of a company challenging the status quo. Must be ok with lack of work/life balance and an always changing environment. Uncertainty about direction of company, funding and company's future.
