*No job security *Company is well known for mass firing,Without any reason and intimation it fired 19 quality assurance engineers. *No benifits other than salary *Work environment is good but work timings are not good they may call you at any time for work.One should be active 24 hours even saturdays. *No notice period you may get fired call at any time even you are in project

Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.
