I can’t think of any!

The team is the best part about CB. The genuinely care about their clients and their employees. Benefits are great and collaboration is top notch. Mostly transparent with how things are going as a whole.

There are not many cons here, but if I had to think about it. I would say some of how the recent restrucuring could've been handled in a better way. There also isn't much room for upward movement unless someone leaves. That said because it's a great place to work most employees stay as long as possible.
