No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.
