Its mentioned in appointment letter that there is a probation period of 3 months and they will provide you the confirmation letter after three months and they actually mean it. Consider yourself nowhere in the company till first three months. 3. HR policy nothing documented.and they may give the excuse that this is just the start up. why the hell are you operating this company when you cannot give any employee benefits.
