Over my year at the company, I watched multiple employees get let go without warning or explanation. One minute they are there, the next I have an email saying they will not be working for the company anymore. For such a small team that lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I was let go as well due to financial struggles and I did not see it coming. It doesn't matter how nice they tried to be about it, I was put in an incredibly difficult position. The benefits were not the best. My insurance was still expensive, 401k match was okay, and the pay was average. The office team isn't very diverse and I didn't see much effort to change that.
