ClientRunner Software is a relatively small company with a lot of output. They have some of the largest franchises in the industry as customers, with enough manpower to handle the workload. While there has been a poor review or two for ClientRunner, I am a firm believer in your career experience can be whatever you make of it. The management generally works overtime every week to ensure that all the employees' needs are met or exceeded, and communication is key - they are very seldom 'too busy' to talk about any concerns that you may have as an employee. The work environment is fairly casual, the benefits are very competitive for this size company, and wages for employees are in actuality much higher than I've ever seen offered for entry-level positions; there are a lot of college students in the valley, and the starting wage is about 50-75% higher than I have ever seen in a college environment. I don't really know what the previous employees were complaining about. Employees at ClientRunner all work very well together, and there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate to resolve conflicts, and celebrate company success. Overall, the company has grown over 800% in the past 4 years, and the office staff has tripled in size within the past year and a half, and continues to grow. ClientRunner is a very healthy, growing company and always appears to bend over backwards to help employees meet their needs and succeed in the workplace.

Sometimes customers are difficult to work with, but you will find that in any company you work for. Again, it's what you make of the experience that drives your attitude. Other than that, I honestly haven't had a bad experience with ClientRunner.
