This left many employees jobless without the support they deserved, further highlighting the company’s poor handling of internal and external relations. However, support has been overwhelmed, offering slow responses and vague timelines for fixes. Instead of transparently addressing issues, leadership has focused on promoting the platform’s “future potential” rather than resolving critical functionality gaps today.
