Their recruiting process is deceptive. They don't tell you outright until you submit your application but you will basically be operating a fake profile on a social media site and engaging with people under the guise of being a real person. You are expected to be able to engage with adult (explicit) dialogue as you will apparently often have to engage with men who are posting things of that nature.
