Laid back environment, quiet, easy to close at night, members are nice

Minpunten

No real training!! Modules and phone calls can only go so far. People need hands on training and examples to work off of. Not to mention there is no official General Manager. Just you and an operations manager. Neither of you are "above" one another so making executive decisions are difficult. Franchise owner only cares about numbers, Even if there is a blizzard/Thunderstorm that prevents members from coming in, if intro classes aren't full, you will be blamed

Great work life balance, manager is very flexible, you earn commissions on sales.

Lots of random check ins from Regional management which focuses on silly things like if the front door mat is vacuumed multiple times a day and such.
