The owners are great people that truly care about their customers and employees. They've created a solid and respected product in the industry and overall it's a great place to work. Most of the employees have been here for a long time which speaks volumes.

Office location is great but the building itself is old! The building management always seem to be testing alarms which is rough for a company where basically all employees are communicating with clients over the phone

This is a company with a very good, transparent culture where most employees really are committed to helping the company grow.

While the existing technology they provide is stable, the technology doesn't keep up with competitors advancements as and this causes problems for training staff as well as support and sales staff. As a small company, there is really little room for advancement into new roles and management doesn't actively participate in employee development beyond coaching into the existing role one has.
