Pluspunten

Excellent medical benefits and one of the better pay scales in the area. The manufacturing area is one of the cleanest that you will find. The culture is changing as they add more people to the manufacturing and corporate sides of their business and they are listening to the voices of the workforce.

Minpunten

They are still working on changes as a new stand-alone company and are having a hard time communicating changes as they occur. Many of the long--term employees have an entitlement attitude which is leftover from the original DuPont Company. Manufacturing rotating shift schedules are difficult. they are trying to improve them though.

It's a pay check and the benefits are good for as long as that lasts. Cost cutting is the name of the game to bolster profitability.

Minpunten

Micro management style. Every decision you make must be cleared through Clinton. Loyalty matters more than competence. Don't earn too much money or you become an elimination target. Distributors have inordinate input on who goes and who stays. The plant's equipment is old and antiquated for the most part. The products are largely unchanged in the past 10 plus years.
