The pay is great, and the monthly bonuses are fairly generous. The bags are well recognized and many customers are familiar with the product. The training program is wonderful, and the prestige in working for the company and the star it adds to a resume is awesome. The management treats the employees with respect, and is understanding with workload needs. Team selling creates a great work environment for employees to work together.
Minpunten
Management seems to add employees with empty promises at seasonal time, and transferring can be a pain. Metric systems used to evaluate employees are taken advantage of by dishonest employees and does not always accurately represent an employees effort and service. Also, transferring is a pain, unless you're management.
