1. High management turnover. 2. Always changing management direction. 3. Lots of grey area signing the job description contract. 4. No work life balance. 5. Promotion based on sales figures, NOT merits (they will snake you out of this conversation). 6. Junior staffs has at least two secondary duties besides sales (eg. marketing, VM, Training & development, clientelle, operations paperwork. 7. Supervisors and below are so called " hands and legs" for managers. (lack quality managers who are actually "working"). 8. Unjustified salary package for the amount of workload as a Sales staff. 9. Unrealistic KPI to hit. 10. Capped and unfair commission system. 11. Welfare of support staffs (office) prioritised, instead of operations (the ones bringing in money for the company) eg: parties in office using company's budget. 12. Unethical HR practices. 13. Never had AWS and year end bonus, Only performance bonus.

- * Opportunities to grow only present themselves if you have a positive relationship with the management team and/or the DM - Corporate tends to lead on candidates and promise advancements or change verbally but little is done to correct behavior or advance within the company - Your store manager will determine whether the team is harmonious and fair, can be a double edged sword - you will be asked to do tasks or take on projects outside of your position with no additional compensation. It will be heavily frowned upon to decline said opportunities and tended to lead to being denied advancements - during ICE activities in the city, Coach refused to make a statement and or provide guidelines to how we as a store should respond. Associates were punished for absences related back to ICE activities
