Will never get a decent raise or promotion unless you threaten to quit. Terrible management. Overworked and never recognized by management. Reviews are forced into bell curve, so everyone gets a 2-2 and lower raise as a result. Whoever thought of that process should be fired. You will never be asked how you are doing by your manager as they don't care and won't do anything about it anyway. Sector staff bloated and continues to rise, though you will never be provided with enough resources to do your job. New build-out is forcing 2-3 people in each cubicle. Terrible work environment.
