HR are externally toxic Deciption and bullying are common place Treats from SVPs and Leadership is not uncommon Extremely 'click' like environment No value given to engineers Quality is not respected or prioritised Operations put 'numbers out the door' high above quality of product No development or career advancement Very poor pay and benefits Difficult to get training or external education
