Imagine the wealth of experience he brings to the table. - The CEO is more focused on using company resources to run his pet-project of supposed-to-be-a-comedy, full of dry IT humor youtube channel instead of actually growing the company. - In general, considering all the above, this creates "just do your job, don't stick your head up and laugh when your boss laughs" kind of atmosphere. - Technologically speaking, the company operates in a very niche domain. This has some advantages (see pros) but they basically risk an instant collapse of the whole business if the ecosystem they are leeching on suddenly changes. - Also, salaries below the market average. - Overly selective and too demanding recruitment process especially for developers.
