If you were terminated it must have been with good reason - poor performance, disciplinary issues etc. You will not be made to work for free on live projects in our company. If you are working on a live project, you will get paid. If you worked on a test project, then it is for your own training purpose for which the company spends resources (time, money, infrastructure) to train you on the technologies involved. We do not believe in free work.
