SCAM ALERT!! --If you don't believe me -- you will fall in the same pit as me -- STAY AWAY!!!--SHUBHAM BHARTIYA(CEO) SCAMMER everything I say is 100% true.. 1) You have to do Overtime almost everyday and you guessed it right.. you will not be paid for it 2)In terms of salary, it is like they are doing charity to you.. MARK MY WORDS: YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR 2 months at least.. It's a trap, initially they will pay you salary for the first month with a delay of 5-6 days, so that you believe that the delay is only 5 days approx and settle down, but actually when next month comes you will not be paid...this will eventually come close to 3 months..yes you heard it right 3 mooonths!! also FNF is a dream .. you will never get it remember this-->YOU WILL HAVE TO BEG AND CRY IN FRONT OF SHUBHAM THE CEO FOR SALARY he gives salary to people who do this and also if you have EMI messages that can help to convince him to show you actually need the money... 3)The CEO Shubham Bhartiya is a SCAMSTER.. an absolute fraud.. believe me...This company is not registered.. your PF account will never be created.. this it to evade income tax, etc government hassle.. This will make it very difficult for you to switch to another job as PF verification would be impossible 4)I didn't talk about work culture right...here it is.. meeting ..meeting...meeting.. what do you do in office? answer is meeting: meeting..yes only meeting and the CEO himself assigns tasks..no manager no one other than him will say complete these tasks before EOD.. and if you leave at your actual EOD, he will himself call you and say "the company needs you in this crucial time, you know we are going through financial problems.." and will try to do emotional blackmail, fake salary hike assurances, promotion promises 5) Remember this if don't keep awake frequently or deny to join meetings late at night to complete some task which can easily be done tommorow...then you will be kicked after 6 months or 1 year saing performance issues 6) Working Mon - Sat ..also are you free on Sunday? independence day? Christmas?..no no no.. you have to come and you will get a compoff which you can almost never take..uh i almost forgot..I see you also have some leaves..CL SL etc... its only given you to keep in the museum.. never take them or touch them.. There is much more to say...just don't want to make this more elongated..

I thought I was joining a standard IT firm, but it turned out to be the ultimate 'Lala' company. I’m currently sitting on 5 months of unpaid salary, and I’m not the only one, at least 10 of my former colleagues are in the exact same boat. The worst part isn't just the missing money; it’s the lack of PF and proper documentation. I i given interviews and recruiters think I’m faking my experience because I have no salary slips or proof to show. It feels like a total scam disguised as a workplace. I left, but now I'm struggling to prove I even worked there.

Nothing good about the company. The CEO is the problem this person got the best team really dedicated to their work and he chose to scam them of their salary and well being. When work was done he started to fire employees.

Minpunten

No work-life balance. Salaries are delayed by months, causing financial stress. Employees are send unnecessary emails, creating a pressuring environment that feels designed to push people to resign. The CEO lacks professionalism and emotional maturity, often reacting poorly to feedback and criticism. Leadership displays a concerning level of arrogance and disregard for employee well-being. Instead of focusing on resolving internal issues, management seems more interested in maintaining appearances and personal benefits, even at the cost of the team. I’ve never encountered leadership this disconnected and disrespectful. Don’t be misled by fake positive reviews—joining this company could seriously harm your mental health and career growth.
