I wanted to let you all know my honest feedback for this company so that you all can be aware and take steps for your future.
I was working with this company for a period of 1 year and resigned due to the below reasons.
1. The salary is never paid of time
2. The company does not give good hikes. I also had a word with other team members and the hikes are as little as 2 to 3%. They always tell me that the company didn’t perform well and give very few hikes and expect you to work 24*7
3. Most important thing is that there is no annual bonus given by the company. They only give a joining bonus if you complete a year and are also not paid to employees who have completed more than a year in the company
4. The company does not give any leaves and cancels all the planned leaves. They just say that you have to work and HR never responds to you or helps you
5. Salary is suddenly put on hold and not paid. I was not given a salary for 3 months and then when I fought they released only my 1 months salary. I still haven’t received my salary for 2 months and this thought of leaving this company for good.
Also please note that the HR team will never be available to help you as they don’t have people to answer employees queries. I was shocked to know this but I received the message from the HR as well and then I never heard back from her.
- Firstly the HR team is very slow and doesn’t respond on time. My interview took place for 3 months and I had to follow up multiple times to get the offer letter.
- My joining was done very late and they also wanted to join as fast as possible. All the HR of the company as very rude and is never available to help you. Also they forced me to join early and tell you that we have many people who would replace you so accept the offer or go to hell. Who says this? Also they have a notice period of 2 months and does not leave you early and make you work like a donkey.
- one HR told me that no HR is available as they don’t have any HR. HR doesn’t even know anything. Why is the company hiring more employees if they don’t have enough HR?
- Hr also asked me if I am married and when I said no they simply said if you want to work with us then don’t marry for 2 to 3 years. Why are they concerned about me getting married? I am sure they must have asked this question to many of you. I think companies should fire them or replace them or get some new person who responds on time and has knowledge about HR and hold back our salaries.
The new people who have joined, all I would say is please think about your decision because the company behaves good in the start but later on shows the true colours.
