One of the most horrible organizations to work for! It is a death sentence if you have to work for NIIT Tech! From top to bottom, this organization is filed with CROOKS. The senior management is filled with bunch of liers including CEO and Chairman of NIIT. They are looting the organization and making multi million dollars for them selves! Pros, there are none! If you are good at buttering your supervisors, NIIT Technologies is the right place for you. NIIT Tech is a mafia organization to work for! People leave this organization within few weeks of joining because of their idiotic methodologies and bad environment. Stay away from NIIT tech and safeguard your career. Cons Niit Technologies is an organization with illiterate managers and senior management who do not have a vision to take this organization in a positive direction. Stay away from this organization if you do not wish to spoil your career! The organization has no vision on growth and dwells on its educated labor force for growth. HR is a puppet in the hands of managers. There is no transparency whatsoever in the appraisal cycle. NIIT Strictly follows a bell curve approach and does not look at your performance. Do not get fooled by the awards they receive, they are all bought by NIIT. Your supervisor decides as to what grade you get. NIIT Technologies does not care if you are the greatest developer in town. If you can kiss your supervisor's behind, you will get a promotion. Transport system for employees is a joke. They use 10 year old cabs with no AC. You have to wait for the cab to arrive for hours. My suggestion to the investors would be to stay away from investing in NIIT TECH and to aspirant technologist to not join this organization. The pay is less than average amount in the industry and make you work twice as hard. 1.2 lakh per year is what they offer to new hires. Managers would not let you attend internal trainings and there is no concept of external trainings . managers would hardly approve your leave even in case of death in the family. There is no work life balance No onsite opportunity unless you are a manager Managers are dogmatic and often micro manage things. Too many middle level managers because which role change doesn't happen easily and internal power struggle and politics.
