They pay salary on time. They have technical competency but they need to induct more expert people.
Minpunten
No worklife balance, management is only concerned about the money they get from the client at different phases of project, understaffed, overworked, do not bother about useless employees, poor salaries. Also, people with less or no competency have become solution architects. They do not care about CMMI processes.
