      The team is highly intelligent, skilled, and passionate about their work, and a lot of opportunities are provided to new employees to make important contributions right from the start. As a new college grad, I was looking for a fast paced environment where I would be challenged to learn new things every day, and Cogenra has certainly delivered. The work day flies by, with all of the interesting projects that you get to work on alongside a really talented team, with the added bonus that you're working on a technology that can really impact the world.

      You have to be flexible to do well here, be prepared to contribute in a variety of different areas, some of which you may not have had a lot of prior experience in.

      Great place to apply engineering skills. Very energetic, fast paced and dynamic work environment. Elegant and well engineered products. Awesome and very talented team with diverse technical skills. Opportunities to work on and develop skills in areas other than your core.

      Needs larger office space. Work-life balance is in your hands.

      Pluspunten

      Ability to play a key roll and have real impact in the operations of the company. Small group of bright people, highly technical, bring your A game and think out of the box. You get to work with other highly talented technical professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Happy hour every Friday.

      Minpunten

      They need a larger office, packed into way too small of an office. Team building could go along way. People tend not to challenge ideas nor ask enough questions to vet good ideas.
