      Pluspunten

      Amazing team, lots of open communication with other global team members. Good reputation to leverage on. Lots of autonomy given, non restrictive environment. Great growth for someone keen to pursue a solid and successful recruitment career or wants to experience working overseas. Worked with some of the best people and bosses in the industry. Great for employees that doesn't want micromanagement where un-necessary. Open conversations.

      Minpunten

      Improvements in training methods esp for new employees that do not have exp in 360 recruiting, may lack progressive opportunities for someone who isn't pursuing a heavy sales driven path in consulting. Needs more strategic support and consistency for a smaller team to gain momentum.

      They have a great book of business with clients that pay on time.

      Minpunten

      They're running a Ponzi Scheme. They're currently under guidance from HMRC (UK Tax Authority) to pay back loans. Unfortunately they're paying these loans (and other contractors) with cash from accounts that should have been paid directly to contractors they recruited. This is called a Ponzi Scheme
