Top down approach was centred around the success of of GM's No appreciation of the extra effort and long hours staff put in Poor work culture with many fragmented groups encouraged by managers and foremen very toxic environment to exist in with many staff who are able to leave doing so as soon as they can GM celebrate their successes and failures are the fault of staff
