Above all - leadership. Or should I say lack there of. I've never been treated so disturbingly in my life. You are not treated as an adult. You treated as scum whose sole job is to be there so the executive team can put you down at every opportunity to make themselves 'feel better' - the truth is they are miserable, unhappy, insecure and entirely unprofessional. You will retract in your career and professional growth if you unfortunately become employed here. As for work-life balance? Forget about it. You're expected to be on-call at all times. If you have kids? Well you can also forget about family time. The only "family" time they support is for their own benefit to post on social channels about bringing your parents to work - which lets be honest, I'd be embarrassed to introduce them to the "executive" team.
