You have the freedom to pursue business opportunities as long as you take responsibility for your actions. The company provides ample opportunity to those who perform. Your identity takes precedence over the corporate identity.

Minpunten

Performance based pay does not work for everyone, particularly those who don't perform. Many positions involving business development and consulting are poorly suited to those requiring structure.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
