Very internally focused and zero diversity in management. More energy spent on internal communication and upper level back patting than employee or customer focus. Coloplast no longer walks the talk. It lacks quality or adequate IT infrastructure. The company seems if it could actually start robbing the coins from the vending machine as a revenue or cost cutting scheme. Employees and Customers have paid the price for the high profitability this company enjoys, not innovation.
