      Co-workers are what make working here worth it. I can honestly say that every one of my team members is mission-driven and enthusiastic about working with our population. It's a fast-paced environment and everyday looks different so you won't get bored working here. Lots of growth opportunity with recent expansions taking place.

      Minpunten

      Management has made past decisions that were blatantly profit related for personal gain rather than for company or patient benefit. However, we're in the middle of a lot of growth and transition, with what appears to be promising changes coming our way with our patients best interests at heart.

      I work with some of the most dedicated, compassionate and helpful people I've ever known. There is such a strong comradery and team work ethic that makes coming to work and seeing your peers a big highlight of the day. The services we provide and knowing we're making a huge difference in the community makes working at Column Health so rewarding. They notice and appreciate hard work. I know my team always has my back, and we go above and beyond for our patients. I've also never had a problem going to upper management with an issue, they've always listened and try to come to a resolution.

      Minpunten

      There are moments that can get overwhelming with everything that needs to get done. Depending on the position the hours can be a bit all over the place. But I know it's all in the best interest of the patients.
