Not much. They have snacks on each floor to make the place look like an employee-friendly environment during client tours.

Every few years, the company announces some sort of change in its benefits. It's almost always for the worse and it's always veiled in some sort of language about how much the company cares for its employees. The latest is a reduction in how long employees can rollover PTO and how much PTO can be rolled over to just 60 hours per year. It's a convenient way for the company to reduce the frequency of employees taking long vacations, which can be particularly troublesome since the company is chronically understaffed. The email announcing the change began with nonsense about the company caring deeply about employees "well-being, mental health, and work-life balance" and indicated that the company was concerned about "feelings of burnout and exhaustion." Caring so "deeply" about its employees, the company reduced rollover to closely align with the bare minimum required by Chicago's PTO ordinance.
