There are no pro's here. Only the worst ran custom shop shack ran by two Mexicans.

If you work there, and work too good and make the others numbers look bad, they will jump you in the lab when no one else is around,,,,,and set you up to be fired......

You get to learn and work with a lots of people and get a lots of hands on experience on projects and other stuff and you can do.

Individual Contributors (basic employees) are excellent in their professions. Trust them.

Minpunten

Extremely toxic and harmful to employee well-being and health. Code of Conduct is not real! If you report a complaint, HR & managers will use that against you and implement more harassment to try to get you to leave. Directors & Managers yelling at employees with abusive language, tone, volume are very real. Management has favorites and will actively block career growth and financial growth of others.
