We agreed with some points in the interview, like instead of 6 work days a week 5 working days only like the rest of the agencies, and the salary should be increased as discussed, lousy management and unprofessional behavior from the manager

I would like to share my experience with the company, which had a highly toxic and unproductive work environment. Despite having qualified employees, poorly thought-out decisions from the management caused numerous issues within the company. Unfortunately, these decisions did not contribute to any progress and instead created several setbacks, affecting the overall performance and morale of the team. It is disappointing to see such potential wasted due to a lack of effective leadership and strategic planning.
