Pluspunten
I was able to learn a lot about the Telecom industry thanks to the employees I worked with at Commdex. It really is a good learning environment and because Commdex tends to higher older individuals with a lot of experience, younger employees and new to the industry can gain a lot of insight from thier older team members.
Minpunten
My biggest complaint is how I was laid off, it was unexpected and very disrespectful not only to me but my manager who had to break the news to me while she was on vacation. The leadership used to say "we are like family" but that's not how you treat family. I respect the company's decision nonetheless, tech companies at that time were all taking hits.
