It's been absolutely amazing working here, the work-life balance is pretty good, its 100% remote, the products are amazing, and most importantly the people who build the products(my colleagues) and the executives are a delight to work with. The company has now pivoted to growing ways under the leadership of Gautam(CEO), Daniel, Jo, Matt, and Nishan. and other execs. A big part of the culture comes from our leader, Gautam, who is visionary and has shaped the company's path with his brainchild, pop.store and continues to drive innovation with our new AI offerings. He ensures that everyone grows and has a no-nonsense approach, but, is super chill and funny.(I was scared of him at first] The India team is super talented and led by Nishan and great product managers. The difference in the team is night and day. It's more fun to work with, efficient, and a lot more collaborative. All in all, this is a haven for anyone who wants to grow, work with brilliant minds and strong thoughtful leaders, and wants that their ideas don't just stay ideas-they get shipped.

It's a 100% remote, so, a little more interaction with colleagues is needed. Other than this it's pretty fun.

Unique organization and culture with a "help-first" mentality. Multi-dimensional role (equal parts customer service, marketing, and sales). Fully remote job with great hours. Above average salary and benefits. I get to travel and represent the company in industry events. Platform that’s rocking retail – in a good way

• The company shifted dramatically for the worse after new leadership took control. • The CEO treats employees with complete disregard, acting as if people are expendable and beneath basic respect. • Concerns are raised, yet management rarely acknowledges or takes them seriously. • The culture feels deeply unsettling and driven by fear, with many employees staying silent just to avoid becoming a target. • After a significant wave of layoffs, instability became the norm and job security felt nonexistent. • There was constant expectation to remain available beyond normal working hours without fair compensation. • Management behavior grew increasingly harsh, while transparency and trust completely broke down.
