High energy from everyone, encouraging work ethic and attitudes and very strong communication from HR, and senior managers. Boston office has more use of the location than Bedford, which is fairly quiet. Enjoy the on tap cold brew, definitely a nice perk. Innovation and forward thinking are encouraged, expected, and accepted. This place is a breath of fresh air after working at Fidelity for almost 6 years. Good math up to 5% and 1:1 matching. Very strong and quick communication from senior leaders. Feedback for change and improvement asked for an encouraged. Good culture. Big corporate vibe on a smaller scale. Strong infrastructure.
